In this role, you will play a key part in supporting legal processes related to estate planning and administration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research and drafting skills, along with a strong attention to detail. This opportunity is part-time </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough research to locate deeds, verify their accuracy, and ensure all relevant information is complete.</p><p>• Prepare detailed estate planning documents with precision and attention to legal requirements.</p><p>• Draft and review legal documents for probate and estate administration cases.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys to provide comprehensive support in managing client cases.</p><p>• Maintain organized and accurate records of all legal documentation and correspondence.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all drafting and administrative tasks.</p><p>• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.</p><p>• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration.</p>
• Proven experience in estate planning and probate administration.<br>• Strong ability to draft and prepare legal documents with high accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in conducting research related to deeds and legal records.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.<br>• Familiarity with legal standards and procedures in estate planning.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
