If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and mentoring others, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement advanced software components that meet business needs and technical requirements.<br>• Take ownership of feature development, guiding projects from initial design through deployment.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical specifications.<br>• Enhance system performance and ensure reliability through continuous improvement efforts.<br>• Provide mentorship to engineers who are early in their careers, helping to elevate team capabilities.<br>• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain software quality and adherence to best practices.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within distributed systems and cloud environments.<br>• Apply software engineering principles and design patterns to create scalable and maintainable solutions.<br>• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into development strategies where applicable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.<br>• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.<br>• Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience in relevant roles.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including C#, Typescript, React, and .NET.<br>• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.<br>• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud technologies, and Azure SQL Database.<br>• Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex software issues effectively.
