This role involves overseeing the finances of multiple entities, The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of streamlining financial processes to support business growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise accounting functions across multiple profit centers and partnerships, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability and support operational needs.</p><p>• Oversee the purchasing and financing of large equipment.</p><p>• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Track sales and maintain detailed records to support financial planning.</p><p>• Utilize and manage Point of Sale software systems for recording sales, inventory, and receivables.</p><p>• Lead the integration of Point of Sale software with QuickBooks Online to improve efficiency.</p><p>• Develop and manage annual budgets, providing forecasts and monitoring performance.</p><p>• Conduct month-end closings and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.</p><p>• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.</p><p>• CPA certification or MBA is strongly preferred.</p><p>• Proven experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role.</p><p>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial statement preparation.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.</p>
