The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction accounting, including expertise in work-in-progress and percentage-of-completion methods. This role is an excellent opportunity to oversee comprehensive financial processes and contribute to the success of our projects.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee and manage all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.</p><p>• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in compliance with industry standards and regulations.</p><p>• Utilize work-in-progress and percentage-of-completion accounting methods to track and report project performance.</p><p>• Collaborate with project managers to analyze financial data and provide insights into project budgets and forecasts.</p><p>• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.</p><p>• Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all accounts.</p><p>• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>• Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff to support their growth and attention to detail.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and manage financial planning to support business operations.</p><p>• Work closely with external auditors during financial reviews and audits.</p>
