<p>Required Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Surface Pattern Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or related field.</p><p>• 2+ years of professional experience in wallpaper, textile, or surface design (home décor preferred).</p><p>• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</p><p>• Ability to create seamless repeat patterns with accurate composition and color management.</p><p>• Knowledge of printing techniques, color matching, substrates, and scale.</p><p>• Experience preparing files for print production.</p><p>• Familiarity with CAD textile or surface design software (preferred).</p><p>• Understanding of interior design principles and the home décor market.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple design projects and maintain organized file systems.</p>
