<p>We are seeking a Network System Administrator with hands-on experience in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and cyber remediation activities. This role will support our client's network infrastructure, drive security improvements, and work closely with IT and Cybersecurity teams to protect organizational assets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain network systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless devices.</li><li>Implement, monitor, and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions for user access across systems.</li><li>Administer and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms to ensure secure device provisioning, compliance, and remote management.</li><li>Participate in cyber remediation efforts, including incident response, threat investigation, and applying recommended security controls.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and deploy system patches, updates, and configuration changes.</li><li>Perform regular network and system health checks; monitor logs for suspicious activity and troubleshoot connectivity or security issues.</li><li>Maintain system documentation, network topology diagrams, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide end-user support on network access, authentication issues, and secure device enrollment.</li><li>Stay current on emerging network, MDM, and cybersecurity trends to recommend improvements.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Proven experience as a Network/System Administrator in medium-to-large IT environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of MFA technologies and implementation (e.g., Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, Okta).</li><li>Direct experience managing and troubleshooting MDM platforms (such as Intune, MobileIron, JAMF, etc.).</li><li>Exposure to cyber remediation including threat analysis, mitigation, and documentation of incidents.</li><li>Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and in teams.</li><li>Relevant certifications desirable (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSA, MCSE).</li></ul><p><br></p>
