Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Kirkland, Washington with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and travel logistics. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under changing priorities, and communicates with professionalism at every level. The right candidate will help keep executive operations running smoothly by managing calendars, preparing for meetings, and ensuring travel plans are executed efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex executive calendars by prioritizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and keeping leadership informed of upcoming commitments.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary planning to support seamless business trips.<br>• Coordinate travel-related updates and adjustments when schedules change, ensuring executives have accurate and timely information.<br>• Organize executive meetings by securing meeting spaces, confirming attendance, and helping prepare materials needed for productive discussions.<br>• Serve as a central point of coordination for leadership activities, maintaining clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Track key dates, meeting timelines, and follow-up items to help executives stay aligned with business priorities.<br>• Support day-to-day administrative operations with discretion, professionalism, and close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or assistant capacity.<br>• Strong ability to manage complex calendars and balance multiple scheduling demands.<br>• Experience booking and coordinating detailed travel arrangements.<br>• Comfortable organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.<br>• Proficiency with standard business software and calendar management tools.
