<p>END USER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR</p><p>Jupiter, FL | Contract-to-Hire (6 Months) | Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p><p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>We are looking for a skilled End User Support Administrator to manage and support client endpoint devices and services. You will serve as a key technical resource for business units, working closely with the IT Senior Management Team and contributing to infrastructure improvements.</p><p><br></p><p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>WHAT YOU&#39;LL DO</p><p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>• Provide daily technical support to business units and escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd line teams</p><p>• Administer and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams</p><p>• Configure, image, and stage laptops and desktop computers</p><p>• Support unified communications systems including room systems and SaaS integrations</p><p>• Monitor and enforce system security guidelines for clients</p><p>• Manage email security, backups, and ancillary security systems</p><p>• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and document incidents in the case management system</p><p>• Take ownership of critical service issues and senior stakeholder communications</p><p>• Evaluate, create, and manage automation scripts</p><p>• Design and lead migration projects as technical lead</p>
<p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>WHAT WE&#39;RE LOOKING FOR</p><p>─────────────────────────────────</p><p>• 5–7 years supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, EMS, Azure AD)</p><p>• 3–5 years using Intune for endpoint management and security compliance</p><p>• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD identity management</p><p>• Proficiency with SCCM, Microsoft Teams, and remote management tools</p><p>• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks</p><p>• Experience with Windows Server operating systems</p><p>• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions</p><p>• Understanding of networking concepts and LAN/WAN technologies</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>• Ability to work on-call rotations including nights and weekends</p><p>• College diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent experience</p><p>• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate a plus</p>
