<p>We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide Tier 2 desktop and end-user support</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests</li><li>Support hardware deployments, upgrades, and refresh projects</li><li>Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements</p><ul><li>2+ years of desktop support experience</li><li>Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
