We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable reports. The role involves leveraging technical expertise to support decision-making and drive business improvements through advanced analytics.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources to provide actionable insights for business decisions.<br>• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and interactive visualizations.<br>• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage large datasets effectively.<br>• Utilize Python for data cleaning, automation, and performing advanced analytics.<br>• Conduct rigorous data validation, quality assurance checks, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.<br>• Create scheduled and on-demand reports tailored to the needs of cross-functional teams.<br>• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for business growth.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting strategies.<br>• Provide recommendations to improve data processes and enhance overall reporting efficiency.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.<br>• Proficiency in SQL, including expertise in joins, aggregations, and complex data transformations.<br>• Hands-on experience with Python, particularly using libraries like Pandas for data manipulation.<br>• Strong skills in Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.<br>• Proven ability to perform data validation, quality assurance, and ensure accuracy across reports.<br>• Experience in creating detailed data visualizations and dashboards that support decision-making.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
