<p>A growing organization is seeking a Buyer to support purchasing, vendor coordination, and order management in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing procurement activities independently while partnering closely with internal teams.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for executing purchase orders, working directly with suppliers, and ensuring materials and services are acquired efficiently and accurately.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage purchase orders from request through delivery</li><li>Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times</li><li>Track open orders and resolve discrepancies or delays</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing records within procurement systems</li><li>Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation</li><li>Support sourcing and cost control initiatives</li><li>Partner with internal teams to ensure purchasing needs are met</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<ul><li>3+ years of buying/purchasing industrial parts and equipment</li><li>Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills</li><li>Experience with ERP or purchasing systems preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools</li><li>Experience with Epicor is a plus</li></ul>
