<ul><li>At least 3-4+ years of experience within a blended Helpdesk/Desktop environment</li><li>4+ years’ experience supporting desktop and application technologies required such as Dell desktops/laptops, Lenovo laptops, HP Printers, (Datamax printers/ handheld scanners) a plus!</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required</li><li>Help Desk support phone and remote for a mixed environment of Win 11 devices - Provided support for Office 365 and Active Directory management</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS - Provided support for Remote Desktop, VDI and Citrix applications </li><li>Experience with Intune</li><li>Provided support applications and accounts in Citrix/ Assist remote users with VPN login issues, printing and software updates</li><li>Manage user accounts and computer requests through Active Directory                                                           </li><li>Internet Explorer, Chrome, HTML, Win install, internet/intranet support issues - Help Desk Incident Management Software</li><li>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team</li><li>Problem Solving - Ability to problem solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution). </li></ul><p><br></p><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
