<p>We’re seeking an experienced BSA/AML professional to support a banking client with targeted Quality Control (QC) testing and review. The consultant will perform independent QC across AML program workstreams—validating completeness, accuracy, and consistency of due diligence, investigations, and reporting—while partnering with internal stakeholders to remediate issues and uplift controls. Ideal candidates bring hands-on banking experience and exposure to alternative investments, with the ability to ramp quickly in a remote setting.</p>

<p><strong>5–8+ years</strong> of BSA/AML experience within banks or financial institutions; direct QC/QA or testing exposure strongly preferred.</p><p>Strong working knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, investigations, and SAR filing practices.</p><p>Prior experience interfacing with AML Ops and Compliance stakeholders; comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.</p><p>Excellent documentation skills; ability to produce clear, defensible workpapers and actionable QC findings.</p><p>Analytical strength in sampling, exception trending, and root-cause identification; advanced Excel skills are a plus.</p>
