We are looking for an experienced Database Developer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a skilled individual who excels in database management, development, and optimization. If you have a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and Salesforce platforms, we encourage you to apply and contribute to impactful projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.<br>• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate smooth data integration and transformation.<br>• Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures to support application functionality.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions tailored to business needs.<br>• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations, including Sales Cloud configurations and data workflows.<br>• Utilize MongoDB for database management and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.<br>• Work closely with the development team to incorporate React-based solutions into database operations.<br>• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.<br>• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.<br>• Provide technical documentation and training for database-related processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database development and management.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and advanced SQL programming skills.<br>• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.<br>• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedure development.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and development processes.<br>• Experience working with MongoDB for database operations.<br>• Ability to integrate React-based solutions into database workflows.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
