Lead Software Developer
We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to guide the design and delivery of scalable software solutions supporting pipeline operations in Houston, Texas. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, helping teams build reliable applications that improve business performance and system usability. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack and modern front-end development, with the ability to turn complex needs into practical software outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the architecture, development, and enhancement of software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Angular.<br>• Provide technical direction to developers by promoting sound coding practices, maintainable design patterns, and high-quality delivery standards.<br>• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into effective software solutions.<br>• Build and support web-based applications, ensuring strong performance, security, and scalability across the platform.<br>• Review existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement updates that strengthen functionality and user experience.<br>• Oversee testing, debugging, and issue resolution activities to maintain stable and dependable application performance.<br>• Contribute to planning efforts by estimating development work, prioritizing tasks, and guiding execution across project phases.<br>• Document technical designs, development decisions, and support processes to improve knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
• Proven experience leading software development efforts in environments using .NET technologies.<br>• Strong programming expertise in C# and solid knowledge of the .NET Framework.<br>• Hands-on experience developing ASP.NET applications and modern web interfaces.<br>• Proficiency with JavaScript and Angular for front-end application development.<br>• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise-level software solutions.<br>• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology outcomes.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
