<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop scalable, reusable Python applications and services that integrate external data sources, internal platforms, and enterprise databases.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Design, build, and support data ingestion frameworks, ETL processes, and enterprise data pipelines.</li><li>Promote code quality, maintainability, and standardization across shared development libraries and tooling.</li><li>Enhance internal developer utilities, automation frameworks, and data engineering best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions across multiple business functions.</li><li>Contribute to technical knowledge sharing, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of professional experience developing applications and data solutions with Python.</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Strong experience designing and supporting data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration solutions.</li><li>Experience working with web data extraction technologies and automated data collection frameworks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and stored procedures.</li><li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and service-oriented architectures.</li><li>Experience working within Agile development environments.</li><li>Familiarity with source control, code reviews, issue tracking, and software development lifecycle practices.</li><li>Experience using Python data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience within energy, commodities, trading, or other data-intensive industries is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
