Project Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting project operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist in preparing proposals and obtaining necessary approvals to ensure project alignment.</p><p>• Coordinate dispatch activities to maintain smooth operations and timely deliveries.</p><p>• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as oversee delivery logistics.</p><p>• Organize and maintain scheduling to ensure project timelines are met.</p><p>• Support construction project processes by managing schedules and tracking progress.</p><p>• Scan and organize project documents for easy access and reference.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to monitor project management tasks and deadlines.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to streamline project workflows and communications.</p>
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project assistant or similar role.<br>• Familiarity with managing timelines and schedules for complex projects.<br>• Knowledge of construction project processes and procedures.<br>• Proficiency in handling master scheduling and tracking deliverables.<br>• Strong skills in scanning and organizing important documents.<br>• Demonstrated ability to support project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.<br>• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
