Proficiency in ERP software is essential, coupled with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare, analyze, and oversee consolidated financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across various entities.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate reporting and effective collection strategies.</li><li>Oversee cash management functions such as cash flow forecasting and account monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate with the Controller to implement and maintain efficient financial procedures.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, promoting professional development and teamwork.</li><li>Assist with regulatory reporting and audits to maintain compliance standards.</li><li>Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system utility and overall operational efficiency.</li></ul>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with a strong emphasis on technical accounting knowledge.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; CPA designation is highly desired.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).</li><li>Specialized Expertise: Hands-on experience with consolidated financial statements, intercompany transactions, accounts receivable, and cash flow management is essential.</li><li>Professional Background: Previous public accounting experience is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul><p>For more information about the Assistant Controller position, reach out to Erica Huggins, 808-452-0256. </p>
