The ideal candidate brings both the judgment of a senior leader and the agility of a hands-on practitioner.<br>Primary Responsibilities<br>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<br>•<br>Manage all HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, compensation administration, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) management, leave management, and personnel recordkeeping for employees.<br>•<br>Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR-related regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO.<br>•<br>Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies/procedures, standard operating procedures, and employee handbook updates.<br>•<br>Manage HR budgets, including training and compliance spend.<br>Benefits, Compensation &amp; Payroll<br>•<br>Manage all employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits.<br>•<br>Manage annual benefits renewal, broker relationships, plan design evaluation, and cost containment strategies.<br>•<br>Oversee and serve as backfill for biweekly payroll processing; manage wage garnishments, court ordered withholdings, and payroll compliance.<br>Employee Relations &amp; Performance Management<br>•<br>Serve as the senior point of contact for all employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and coaching.<br>•<br>Facilitate the performance review process and coach managers on goal setting, feedback and employee development<br>•<br>Provide guidance to managers on employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce planning.<br>•<br>Plan and manage various employee events.<br>Talent Acquisition, Training &amp; Workforce Development<br>•<br>Support recruiting strategy; create job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
