You will have autonomy to manage the IT Help Desk Team and assist in other IT Infrastructure Administration initiatives and projects. You will feel a true sense or ownership and relationship building as you will be a go-to person for your own team and customers across the entire organization. <br><br><br>Responsibilities will include managing and assisting with Help Desk Tier 1-3 tickets and any special projects. A wide breadth of IT experience and a proven track record of IT customer service success are essential.
