<p>Robert Half is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in the <strong>Greater Portland Area </strong>to identify a Family Law Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Location</strong>: Portland, OR</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $32-40 per hour</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Duration</strong>: 3+ month contract, with a strong potential for extension and contract to hire for the right fit</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F, 8am-5pm</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Categorize and analyze bank statements to support legal cases.</li><li>Organize and draft legal documents such as discovery materials, initial pleadings, and modifications for child support or parenting plans.</li><li>Prepare drafts for divorce agreements and other family law-related matters.</li><li>Manage case files and oversee all aspects of case organization.</li><li>Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials and hearings.</li><li>Conduct e-filing of legal documents in compliance with court regulations.</li><li>Utilize case management software to track progress and maintain accurate records.</li></ul>
