This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project accuracy, and identifying potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules that align with best practices and organizational standards.</p><p>• Track project progress and generate detailed reports to help teams evaluate performance and make informed decisions.</p><p>• Identify potential delays or risks in project schedules and implement timely interventions to mitigate impacts.</p><p>• Establish and manage scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to maintain project control and integrity.</p><p>• Analyze critical project activities, provide forecasts, and recommend actions to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.</p><p>• Maintain a comprehensive project risk register to proactively address and minimize risks.</p><p>• Conduct baseline tracking, perform "what-if" analyses, and design contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and coordinate action items effectively.</p><p>• Ensure accurate version control of project schedules and maintain compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Primavera, Procore, and Power BI to enhance scheduling and reporting processes.</p>
