<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Oracle Fusion Reporting Developer / Analyst</strong> to support enterprise reporting initiatives across <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM</strong>. This role will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and standardization of reporting solutions using <strong>Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)</strong> and <strong>BI Publisher (BIP)</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting architecture, data models, and subject areas, along with the ability to assess existing reporting solutions, recommend improvements, and partner with functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting assets. This individual will also play a key role in establishing reporting standards and enabling internal teams through training and knowledge transfer.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and configure <strong>OTBI analyses, dashboards, and subject area-based reports</strong> across Oracle Fusion Cloud <strong>ERP and SCM</strong> modules.</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>BI Publisher data models, layouts, templates, and scheduled/bursting reports</strong> based on business and functional requirements.</li><li>Analyze existing reporting inventories, data models, and development methodologies to identify opportunities for <strong>optimization, standardization, performance improvement, and maintainability</strong>.</li><li>Interpret business and functional reporting requirements and translate them into <strong>technical report specifications, data model designs, and reporting solutions</strong>.</li><li>Ensure reporting solutions align with Oracle Fusion <strong>data architecture, security model, and cross-functional reporting dependencies</strong>.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for <strong>reporting standards, development practices, naming conventions, and approved data-source usage</strong>.</li><li>Provide <strong>training, troubleshooting support, and knowledge transfer</strong> to internal team members on OTBI and BI Publisher development, support, and report lifecycle management.</li><li>Collaborate closely with functional SMEs, business users, and technical teams to support reporting strategy and delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting</strong>, including <strong>OTBI subject areas, BI Publisher, and Fusion reporting data structures</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and optimizing <strong>OTBI and BI Publisher reports</strong> in a production Oracle Fusion environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>Oracle Fusion data architecture, security roles, row-level/data access controls, and cross-module reporting relationships</strong>.</li><li>Experience reviewing and rationalizing existing reporting portfolios and implementing <strong>reporting standards and best practices</strong>.</li><li>Ability to create technical documentation, including <strong>report specifications, development standards, and support/training materials</strong>.</li><li>Experience delivering <strong>end-user or technical training</strong> on OTBI, BI Publisher, or related Oracle reporting tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across <strong>functional, business, and technical stakeholder groups</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>
