We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Gardena, California. This role focuses on overseeing manufacturing operations within the aerospace industry, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities:• Lead and supervise a team of direct labor employees to efficiently manufacture aerospace products.• Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols, including the proper use of protective equipment and maintaining a clean work environment.• Monitor key production metrics daily, addressing any concerns and escalating issues as needed.• Schedule production jobs to optimize machine and operator efficiency while reporting capacity constraints to production control.• Implement lean manufacturing practices such as 6S and visual organization to improve workflow and productivity.• Manage staffing levels to align with budget requirements and operational needs.• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate business updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Oversee machinery performance and ensure all manufacturing documentation protocols are consistently followed.• Track and manage scrap, yield, and efficiency metrics to meet budget expectations.

• Proven experience in supervising manufacturing operations, preferably in the aerospace industry. • Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and production techniques. • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods and tools such as 6S. • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage performance and resolve team issues. • Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive improvements. • Ability to schedule and optimize workflows to meet production goals. • Effective communication skills to lead meetings and relay business updates. • Commitment to maintaining safety and adherence to company standards.
