We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full-cycle AP function and lead a team of five. This individual will ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining excellent service to internal stakeholders and external vendors. <ul><li>Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 5 AP professionals</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments</li><li>Monitor AP aging and cash disbursement schedules</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and internal controls</li><li>Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>
