We are looking for an experienced SQL &amp; Power BI Report Developer to support business reporting and data solutions for a manufacturing-focused environment in Franklin, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can turn operational data into clear reporting tools, build dashboards that support daily decision-making, and work comfortably across reporting, integration, and ERP-related needs. The role requires strong technical depth in SQL, Power BI, and data movement processes, along with the ability to collaborate with business users and deliver practical reporting solutions within an established data lake architecture.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and maintain advanced SQL-based reporting assets, including complex queries, stored procedures, and database views to support business reporting needs.<br>• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and real-time visualizations, and publish embedded reporting content for departmental SharePoint pages.<br>• Build and manage data integration workflows that move and transform information across the Infor Data Lake, Precog, and SQL Server environments.<br>• Develop and support SSRS reports for scheduled, operational, and point-in-time reporting requirements.<br>• Publish and maintain validated reporting views within the on-premises SQL Server data lake environment while aligning with the organization’s established architecture.<br>• Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requests into effective technical solutions that support operational and management decision-making.<br>• Support reporting and data needs tied to Infor SyteLine by identifying relevant tables, interpreting ERP business logic, and troubleshooting data-related issues.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to improve reporting accuracy, usability, and consistency in a manufacturing setting.

• 7+ years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data-focused application support roles.<br>• Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience writing complex queries, creating stored procedures, and building reusable views.<br>• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, real-time reporting, and embedded analytics.<br>• Practical experience with SSRS, SSIS, ETL processes, and data integration workflows in SQL Server environments.<br>• Familiarity with data lake concepts and experience working within an established on-premises data architecture.<br>• Ability to connect business requirements to technical reporting solutions with clear communication across small cross-functional teams.<br>• Experience supporting ERP-driven reporting, ideally in Infor SyteLine or a similar manufacturing ERP platform.<br>• Manufacturing industry experience and an understanding of operational processes, data structures, and reporting priorities are strongly preferred.
