Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in supporting technical decision-makers by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. • Proven expertise in customer service and administrative coordination.<br>• Strong skills in scheduling and project management.<br>• Experience with project tracking software or tools.<br>• Proficiency in database management and record-keeping.<br>• Ability to work with diverse personalities and handle direct communication.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and ask questions when needed.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
