We are looking for an experienced Plant Controller to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility in Fletcher, North Carolina. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost management, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will excel in manufacturing cost accounting and demonstrate expertise in SAP systems. Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including month-end close processes.• Analyze manufacturing costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational decisions.• Oversee compliance with financial policies, procedures, and industry regulations.• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to aid in strategic planning and budgeting.• Utilize SAP systems to streamline financial data management and reporting.• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to senior management.• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.• Drive process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of financial operations.

• Proven experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles. • Proficiency in SAP systems and related financial software. • Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close processes. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost analysis and operational efficiency. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
