Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Chicago, Illinois through a Contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps complex schedules organized, and ensures travel and meeting logistics run smoothly. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee executive calendars by coordinating appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.<br>• Manage changes to travel schedules quickly and accurately to minimize disruption and maintain efficiency for leadership.<br>• Organize executive meetings by securing meeting spaces, confirming attendees, preparing agendas, and distributing logistics in advance.<br>• Serve as a central point of coordination for time-sensitive administrative activities and follow-up actions.<br>• Track upcoming commitments and ensure leaders are prepared with the information and materials needed for each engagement.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an administrative capacity.<br>• Strong background in complex calendar management with the ability to balance shifting priorities.<br>• Proven ability to book and coordinate detailed travel arrangements with accuracy and discretion.<br>• Experience facilitating executive meetings and managing related logistics.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and deadlines.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-focused approach.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
