We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting active federal litigation matters, with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring collaboration with a small, dedicated legal team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Draft and respond to discovery requests in intellectual property litigation cases.<br>• Prepare briefs and motions for federal court proceedings.<br>• Provide comprehensive support for defense-side federal litigation matters.<br>• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams to ensure case strategies align with organizational goals.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and argumentation.<br>• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting critical deadlines for litigation.<br>• Assist in trial preparation, including document review and evidence organization.<br>• Offer strategic legal advice to strengthen case positions and mitigate risks.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in federal litigation, preferably on the defense side.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property litigation, including discovery processes.<br>• Proven ability to draft compelling briefs and motions for federal court.<br>• Licensed Attorney in good standing with the state bar.<br>• Strong understanding of federal court practices and procedures.<br>• Exceptional ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<br>• Experience with trial preparation and active participation in trials.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage complex legal tasks.
