We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate product development initiatives within the marketing and public relations industry. Based in Edison, New Jersey, this role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring the successful lifecycle of product development from concept to manufacturing. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys working on innovative projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and track multiple product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact between the research and development team and international vendors.<br>• Collaborate on hardware, industrial, and mechanical design processes to meet project requirements.<br>• Facilitate product testing initiatives, including app testing and validation.<br>• Organize and oversee testing groups to gather feedback and improve product performance.<br>• Conduct research and analytics to support software development and process improvements.<br>• Coordinate with internal departments to implement new systems and enhance workflows.<br>• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to senior management, highlighting key developments.<br>• Translate information between vendors and internal teams to ensure clear communication.<br>• Travel as needed, up to 10%, to support project goals and vendor relations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.<br>• Proven expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile Scrum and Atlassian Jira.<br>• PMP Certification is highly desired.<br>• Strong technical skills with knowledge of electronics, network printers, and Wi-Fi settings.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage urgent deadlines.
