<p>Requirements:</p><p>• 10+ years accounting experience.</p><p> • 5+ years management and human resources experience.</p><p> • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.</p><p> • Ability to interface with management and personnel throughout the organization in an objective manner.</p><p> • Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax and employment related legal and regulatory requirements.</p><p> • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</p><p> • Possess sound judgment, analytical skills, and perseverance.</p><p> • Ability to train, coach, and delegate to a team of individuals.</p><p>• Accomplished in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.</p>
