SAP Functional BA
<p>Our client is in the midst of a major SAP transformation, upgrading their legacy SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA. With a global footprint and partnership with an offshore implementation partner, the organization seeks a skilled IT Business Relationship Manager to support them through the critical final stages of the project—including code freeze, go-live (planned for Q1 2026), and hypercare.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the trusted liaison between IT, business users, project leadership, and third-party providers.</li><li>Shape and drive post-UAT activities toward code freeze, final data migration, and readiness for go-live.</li><li>Support business users in issue tracking, escalation, and resolution during pre- and post-go-live phases.</li><li>Manage communication cadence—status reporting, stakeholder briefings, and risk/mitigation updates.</li><li>Facilitate effective international collaboration and knowledge transfer across US-based and offshore teams.</li><li>Prepare transition documentation for managed service provider (MSP) handover during hypercare.</li><li>Ensure compliance, process alignment, and continuity as the organization moves to S/4HANA.</li><li>Champion user adoption and change management activities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p> </p><ul><li>Proven experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0–S/4HANA upgrade projects (global/international scope preferred).</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication; adept at bridging business and technology teams.</li><li>Prior success working with offshore implementation partners; multicultural awareness.</li><li>Experience in business relationship management, project coordination, or IT/business liaison roles.</li><li>SAP functional or technical knowledge is strongly preferred.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with high organizational skills.</li><li>US working hours flexibility; occasional off-hours for global meetings may be required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
