<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations across critical business systems. This individual will play a key role in connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, customer service, and operational platforms while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, API architecture, and enterprise application integrations involving platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Lawson, and SQL-based systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and oversee enterprise integration architecture supporting ERP, CRM, TMS, HRIS, and customer service platforms.</li><li>Lead system integration initiatives across finance, sales, operations, human resources, and customer service functions.</li><li>Build and maintain integrations between Azure, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Lawson, SQL databases, and other enterprise applications.</li><li>Architect and implement API-led integration strategies utilizing REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven technologies.</li><li>Manage and support Azure Integration Services, including: Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Event Grid</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define workflows, system requirements, reporting needs, and integration roadmaps.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend enhancements to ERP, CRM, and enterprise technology platforms to improve business operations.</li><li>Assess and implement AI-driven capabilities such as predictive forecasting, intelligent lead scoring, automation, and customer service enhancements.</li><li>Develop and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, standards, and system diagrams.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, scalability, and overall system performance across integrated environments.</li><li>Provide technical leadership during system upgrades, cloud migrations, application implementations, and modernization efforts.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is onsite, Monday-Friday, in Johns Creek. <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.</li><li>Strong experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Lawson, and SQL-based applications.</li><li>Deep expertise in API architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise connectivity solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, JWT, JSON, and XML</li><li>Experience designing secure, scalable, highly available integration architectures.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms such as: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration technologies</li><li>Azure Solutions Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect, or related cloud certifications.</li><li>Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration deployments.</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, and reporting integrations.</li><li>Experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered business system capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong>*Please note: </strong>This position is onsite, Monday-Friday, in Johns Creek.
