We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead technology initiatives and guide cross-functional teams in West Jordan, Utah. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, brings strong project leadership capabilities, and can drive delivery with clarity, accountability, and collaboration. The role will focus on planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous progress tracking across IT-focused projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives remain aligned with business priorities.<br>• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to support efficient team execution.<br>• Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define project goals, identify risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Build and manage detailed project plans, status reporting, and resource coordination to keep initiatives on track.<br>• Use Atlassian tools to monitor progress, organize workstreams, and maintain visibility into tasks, dependencies, and milestones.<br>• Proactively address blockers, escalating concerns when needed and guiding teams toward practical solutions.<br>• Ensure project governance standards are followed, including documentation, change control, and performance measurement.<br>• Support IT project management efforts by balancing delivery expectations, team capacity, and evolving business needs.
<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Project Manager I is responsible for executing small to standard projects and may also support larger projects.
