Executive Assistant
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for leadership in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position requires someone who can keep complex schedules organized, manage travel logistics with precision, and help ensure meetings and day-to-day priorities run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage executive calendars by prioritizing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for upcoming commitments.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.<br>• Coordinate meeting logistics by securing space, confirming attendance, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-up items.<br>• Support executive operations through timely communication, administrative coordination, and organization of key business activities.<br>• Monitor shifting priorities and adjust schedules or travel plans quickly to meet changing business needs.<br>• Serve as a point of coordination for leadership-related meetings and travel, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executives in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.<br>• Strong ability to manage complex calendars with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.<br>• Proven experience booking and coordinating travel arrangements for business purposes.<br>• Skilled in organizing executive meetings and handling related logistics from start to finish.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a detail-oriented office environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
