Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on bookkeeping experience who is comfortable managing core accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger work</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks</li><li>Assist with month-end reconciliations and related accounting support</li><li>Support sales tax processes across multiple states</li><li>Work alongside internal leadership and external accounting support</li><li>Help ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and transactions</li><li>Partner with internal team members on ongoing accounting and bookkeeping needs</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in a bookkeeper or staff accountant level role is needed</li><li>Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks software</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work onsite on a flexible part-time schedule</li><li>Experience handling sales tax compliance is a plus</li></ul>
