We are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Davie, Florida. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling various accounting tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Prepare and post journal entries with precision and accuracy. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate billing. • Conduct account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial integrity. • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting operations. • Assist in preparing financial documents and reports. • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • Up to 5 years of accounting experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply. • Familiarity with journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
