Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Danvers, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management while providing exceptional service to customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work onsite and collaborate with a dynamic team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Provide order updates, track supply information, and relay details to the appropriate departments.<br>• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Utilize company systems for order entry and data management, ensuring seamless operations.<br>• Occasionally assist with picking parts from the floor to fulfill customer needs.<br>• Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives to handle a high volume of orders effectively.<br>• Maintain clear and friendly communication with customers and team members to enhance satisfaction.<br>• Support the team in managing 30-50 orders daily, ensuring timely and accurate processing.<br>• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies during all customer interactions.<br>• Assist in training and knowledge transfer to maintain operational consistency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems, with a strong aptitude for computer operations.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a personable approach.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Experience working with supply tracking systems and providing updates to customers.<br>• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members effectively.<br>• Familiarity with handling high volumes of orders in a fast-paced environment.
