<ul><li>Evaluate, develop and implement low-code tools to automate workflows. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues, analyze performance and roll out improvements. </li><li>Gather stakeholder needs and turn them into clear application requirements. </li><li>Manage the tech-stack roadmap from kickoff to decommission, write user guides, train users and integrate third-party platforms. </li><li>Embed software standards and compliance, partnering with Legal, Compliance and Technology to meet firm controls and drive adoption across the department. </li><li>Track progress, flags risks and gives stakeholders clear updates. </li><li>Research new tools to keep the tech stack ahead of the curve and adapts methods from agile to waterfall to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. </li><li>Will be expected to be comfortable with AI considerations.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Proven expertise in developing and managing low-code tools and platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of software compliance standards and ability to embed them into solutions.</li><li>Experience in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable plans.</li><li>Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance.</li><li>Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to train and support users effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of AI considerations and ability to integrate them into workflows.</li><li>Background in B2B marketing, sales strategy, or brand marketing is a plus.</li></ul>
