As the Controller you will own the financial narrative while directly influencing operations, compliance, and decision-making. For professionals who enjoy building structure, leading teams, and partnering across the business, this role offers both stability and the ability to make an immediate impact.</p><p><br></p><p>What you’ll own</p><ul><li>Oversee and review monthly financials (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Lead and develop a team across AP, AR, invoicing, payroll/HR, and Assistant Controller functions</li><li>Support financial operations across multiple entities/subsidiaries </li><li>Drive month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules</li><li>Ensure compliance across all financial functions:</li><li>Taxes and filings</li><li>Monthly/quarterly reporting</li><li>Insurance and benefits administration</li><li>Partner with leadership on cost accounting, job costing, and operational visibility</li><li>Play a key role in hiring, training, and strengthening the accounting function</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What tends to make someone successful here</p><ul><li>Strong foundation in financial statement preparation and ownership</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments (cost accounting, job costing, inventory-driven business)</li><li>Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership</li><li>Comfort operating in a fully onsite, high-accountability environment</li></ul>
