This role is ideal for a payroll professional with extensive experience managing complex payroll functions across multiple states, union environments, certified payroll requirements, and Canadian payroll processing.</p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while serving as a key resource for payroll-related inquiries and reporting.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Process full-cycle multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees.</li><li>Administer and maintain union payrolls, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.</li><li>Process certified payrolls, including compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit payroll reporting through LCP Tracker.</li><li>Process and maintain Canadian payrolls in accordance with applicable regulations.</li><li>Manage payroll deductions including garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and wage attachments.</li><li>Audit payroll transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Reconcile payroll data, deductions, taxes, and benefits.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll-related issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Canadian payroll regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
