Intake Coordinator
We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to support a non-profit organization through a Contract assignment. This position focuses on guiding individuals through the intake and application process, maintaining accurate records, and delivering responsive service to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative ability, a customer-focused approach, and the judgment needed to manage sensitive information with care.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome clients and gather intake information accurately to begin services, applications, or program participation.<br>• Review submitted forms for completeness, follow up on missing details, and help applicants understand next steps.<br>• Maintain organized client files and enter information into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.<br>• Respond to questions from clients, staff, and community partners in a thorough and timely manner.<br>• Coordinate communication related to appointments, document collection, and intake status updates.<br>• Support day-to-day administrative activities such as preparing paperwork, tracking submissions, and managing correspondence.<br>• Ensure intake procedures are followed consistently while handling confidential information appropriately.
<p>• Previous experience in client intake, application processing, or a related administrative support role.</p><p>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse individuals.</p><p>• Demonstrated administrative experience, including document management, data entry, and recordkeeping.</p><p>• Ability to review information carefully, identify missing items, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Proficiency with standard office software and comfort learning internal databases or case management systems.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.</p><p>• Careful judgment and discretion when working with confidential or sensitive client information.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in learning more, please give Kara a call today at 920-666-6382!</p>
