We are looking for a dynamic Software Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation and management of innovative software solutions for healthcare facilities. This role is based in Irvine, CA, and involves extensive collaboration with clients to ensure successful project execution and ongoing platform optimization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving data integrity, continuous improvement, and end-user training to maximize adoption and performance. Responsibilities:• Lead the deployment of software platforms at assigned healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with client goals.• Plan and manage go-live events, coordinating with client leadership and technical teams to establish timelines and resource allocation.• Monitor project milestones and oversee post-implementation sustainment to ensure long-term success.• Conduct data cleansing, validation, and structuring to maintain high levels of data accuracy and reliability.• Develop and execute structured plans to enhance ongoing data integrity and platform usage.• Analyze performance metrics and dashboards, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing risks.• Collaborate with client leadership to create actionable improvement plans based on data insights.• Facilitate regular training sessions for end-users and department leaders, providing coaching and support to reinforce best practices.• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, escalating issues and advocating for product enhancements.• Coordinate with technical support, education, and product teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

• Ability to travel up to 75%, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs across various locations. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sterile processing, surgical services, or healthcare technology implementation. • Proven track record of managing complex, client-facing projects with exceptional results. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. • Self-motivated with a passion for process improvement and accountability. • Proficient in ITIL, remote desktop support, Cisco Webex Meetings, Azure Active Directory, and Intune. • Expertise in analyzing data trends and driving informed decision-making. • Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and empowering clients through technology.
