We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce. This is a contract-to-permanent position located in Chicago, Illinois, within the detail-oriented services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex payroll systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a multi-state workforce exceeding 500 employees. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll operations and maintain data integrity. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and improve processes. • Handle payroll audits and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy. • Oversee the implementation of payroll policies and procedures across global operations. • Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team, fostering development and growth. • Analyze payroll metrics and generate insights for process optimization. • Assist with onboarding new employees regarding payroll policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll management. • Expertise in handling payroll for over 500 employees across multiple states. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems. • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in global payroll operations is a plus.
