We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Chatsworth, California. In this role, you will oversee production projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments and manage various aspects of project planning and execution. Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, sourcing, video production, and asset delivery, to ensure project objectives are met. • Facilitate regular status meetings to track progress, address risks, and communicate updates effectively. • Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of production assets such as artwork, prototypes, packaging, and manufacturing documents. • Maintain organized documentation and version control for all project-related assets and files. • Collaborate with vendors to manage production schedules, file approvals, and resolve any issues during the process. • Prepare and manage purchase orders, track their lifecycle, and ensure vendor payments align with deliverables and budgets. • Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial updates to leadership. • Address and mitigate risks related to production schedules, asset quality, and vendor timelines. • Ensure all final assets meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and production specifications before release.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms. • Familiarity with video production processes is preferred but not required. • Strong ability to manage deadlines and drive projects to completion. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and vendors. • Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for projects. • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Problem-solving skills to identify risks and implement effective solutions. • Understanding of production workflows and asset management systems.
