<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–8+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role</li><li>Strong background in network infrastructure, security, and systems administration</li><li>Experience with enterprise ERP systems, including implementation and optimization</li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, VPN technologies, and network protection frameworks</li><li>Demonstrated people management and vendor management experience</li><li>Understanding of software development concepts, logic, or programming fundamentals</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders</li><li>Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>Experience with legacy systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., midrange systems, database tools, or analytics platforms)</li><li>Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools</li><li>Project management experience within IT initiatives or system implementations</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, apply now and send resume directly to Reid Gormly on LinkedIN.</p>
