<p><em>A reputable and growing personal injury law firm in Centennial is seeking a </em><strong><em>Pre-Litigation Paralegal</em></strong><em> to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing cases from intake through settlement.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution</li><li>Conduct client intake, gather case facts, and maintain regular client communication</li><li>Request and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation</li><li>Coordinate treatment updates and monitor client progress</li><li>Draft demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations</li><li>Communicate with insurance adjusters and third-party vendors</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm’s case management system</li><li>Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all aspects of case progression</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2-5+ years of <strong>pre-litigation personal injury paralegal experience</strong> preferred (flexible on types of cases and types of law)</li><li>Strong understanding of personal injury case flow, including demands and insurance processes</li><li>Experience ordering and summarizing medical records and bills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and proactively manage a caseload</li><li>Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Needles, Clio, Filevine, or similar)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required</li><li>Experience supporting high-volume plaintiff PI practices</li></ul>
