Let's talk!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V)</li><li>Monitor system and network performance, resolving issues as needed</li><li>Assist in implementing security tools (firewalls, antivirus, MFA, access controls)</li><li>Perform routine updates, backups, and patching using tools like Veeam or WSUS</li><li>Help with system upgrades and migrations under senior guidance</li><li>Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures</li><li>Provide technical support across departments for infrastructure needs</li><li>Manage systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic PowerShell scripting</li><li>Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches)</li><li>Support compliance efforts with internal policies and external standards</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Over 3 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT support role</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic PowerShell scripting</li><li>Exposure to network hardware (routers, switches) and security tools (firewalls, antivirus)</li><li>Experience with backup solutions like Veeam or similar technologies</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues effectively</li><li>Strong documentation and communication skills</li><li>Understanding of IT policies, compliance standards, and basic infrastructure planning</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
