<p><strong>Executive Assistant (Contract)</strong></p><p>&#128205; Cedar Rapids, IA | Contract Position</p><p><br></p><p>Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a growing and collaborative organization in the Cedar Rapids area.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing priorities, coordinating schedules, and serving as a trusted partner to executives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and meeting notes</li><li>Screen and prioritize communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents</li><li>Assist with planning company events, leadership meetings, and special projects</li><li>Maintain confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help drive key initiatives forward</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners</li><li>Support general office operations and administrative functions as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>3+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related experience</p><p>Strong calendar management and scheduling experience supporting leadership teams</p><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</p><p>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail</p><p>Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs</p>
